Get To Know Me.

You know how a good book can make you want to jump to the end before you finish the beginning. Well, this is the beginning of a good book. This story is about a child who was introduced to the Holy Bible but was not taught how to understand it.

Have you ever wanted to learn something, but the teacher wasn't there to teach you or answer your questions? I have been through this with the bible and got lost in how I was expected to understand and learn it. Did you ever feel like this? Was this normal for you? Or did you just feel confused? I know I was.

In this world, we have all learned different ways to read our Bibles and have been taught different ways to understand what is being said to us. What we should get out of our teaching. As a child, I always wondered: do we all, even though we are all different, serve the same God and his Son, Jesus Christ? I never got an answer as a child, and as a man who is turning 70 pretty soon. I still have not got an answer. Do you know?

My goal in this story is to share with you that I have learned about the Bible, in hopes that, as you read my story, you will share yours with me. Thank you, and God bless you and your family. Bless you, garywithjesus.com
